How do I return an item?

Thank you for shopping at Rosi Interiors.

Any product purchased from Rosi Interiors is individually inspected before dispatch and you can be confident that our items will meet your expectations.

However, although it is our intention to only provide you with superior quality goods, on occasion there may be a discrepancy or fault with a product that is overlooked or beyond our control.

For this reason, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns – Stock items

Stock items are eligible for return. You have 14 calendar days to notify us of your intention to return an item from the date it was received and then a further 14 calendar days from the return notification for us to receive the item at our address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Returns – Non-stock/custom made items

Non-stock and custom made items are not eligible for return unless there is a fault within the product or the manufacture process.

You have 14 calendar days to notify us of any fault/discrepancy with your product from the date it was received. We will then make the necessary arrangements to inspect and return the item.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your item has been received we will notify you in writing and commence the return inspection process. Upon completion of the inspection, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card for processing.

Your credit will be received within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Return Shipping

All stock items should be returned to the following address and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any associated shipping costs (unless the item is deemed faulty, through prior arrangement):

Non-stock items or custom made items are only eligible for return if they are deemed faulty. The item will need to be returned to an alternative address and any associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of Rosi Interiors.
